The annual Wainwright Natural History competition took place last night at the Club. We had a good level of entries in both the print and projected digital images (PDI) sections. Rojer Weightman, from Stoke Poges was our judge for the evening, and his critique of the images was positive, and delivered in a kind, informative and concise manner, giving our members ideas on how to improve their work in the future.
The winners on the night with Judges Choice for the Print section was Stuart Feurtado with his image ‘Relaxed’. Judges Choice for the PDI section was ‘There’s always one!’ by Richard Jones. A further four images in each section were awarded Highly Commended and Commended status.
